It's all technically Richtofen when you get down to it, and Bill's an omnipotent dream demon, so what the hey. Richtofen will just be confused if he brings up anything from another timeline.

...here's my LH and general navigation. Minor stuff like favorite foods or personality traits is auto-okay, but he'd likely be guarded about certain aspects of his history, abilities, fears and so on and he's got some pretty impressive willpower. (Doesn't mean I can't make it not work for my own fun, but only if it doesn't mess up whatever I have going on).
Some highlights (feel free to learn about these whenever):
- HE CUT OFF HIS OWN HAND because he decided it was necessary for the ~perfect sword style~. AT AGE 14.
- He's got some serious dokis for Xanxus, and especially his anger which manifests as hellfire that turns anything to ash. Sort of in denial about it.
- He genuinely likes fighting A LOT, and the smell of blood sends him into murder frenzy. There's not much morals to speak of, though he has his own idea of honor.
- HE'S A HIRED KILLER THE COUNT FOR MURDER IS IN THE THOUSANDS HERE.
- He likes fish, both as food and as an animal, and drinks quite a lot.
One more: this one I'd like to be asked about first, but it likely shows up in a LOT of his dreams one way or another (for example, there's loads of ice, or Xanxus being in danger though the latter could obviously be mistaken for aforementioned dokis):
- he's ~failed~ Xanxus several times before (in LH, most notably, Squalo's sacrifice not being enough to preserve his life; however another noteworthy instance is Varia failing a coup d'etat which left their boss frozen in a piece of magic ice for EIGHT YEARS), and he is Very Much Not Okay with it.

She's a pretty private person and would resent having her mind invaded even subconsciously, but Bill could push through fairly easily if he wanted to. Here is her app for relevant information. Considering she's primarily concerned about her daughter Trixie back in the living world right now, many of her nightmares will center around that and would most likely be particularly prevalent to Bill. He's free to draw up any conclusion he'd like about her based on her past, time spent in Little Hades/Heaven, etc.

He'll certainly see a lot of things, but Sherlock's mind palace is vast and his dreams (judging by when he was unconscious) are mostly mind palace shenanigans? he also has nightmares regarding being tortured but hey that's all part and parcel right??? he also has nightmares of shooting someone in the face, and perhaps even nightmares of killing various agents during his two year 'i'm totally dead' stint Mind palace stuff is super personal and it might be difficult to get DECENT pieces of information out of it, but it's definitely obvious that a. JOHN IS SUPER IMPORTANT and b. SHERLOCK ACTS LIKE HE HAS NO FEELINGS BUT HE HAS TOO MANY

he also keeps moriarty locked up in a padded cell in a straight jacket with chains so um

If "no", ignore this question. he can see everything! there a little bit of information on his app, but basically he's the oldest of sextuplets and he and his brothers used to get into a lot of trouble when they were younger, because they played pranks or got involved in big schemes, etc. and now they are all grown up and they're essentially losers, Osomatsu, especially. He has a lot of insecurities regarding his family... like he doesn't ever want to lose his brothers, and he's come to LH with that same mindset. he's also a practical joker and doesn't take things very seriously. he's not a good brother, either. any nightmares Osomatsu is going to have will be about being alone, or his brothers growing up without him... or specific to LH nightmares would be his other brothers going up to heaven and leaving him to be tortured in hell.

Baaasically everything. Here's his wiki page for your convenience, but I'll summarise a bit.
Gintoki is an orphan and we don't know what happened to his parents (my headcanon is abandonment because of freaky hair and eyes), so he spent his childhood following in the aftermaths of this war between samurai and aliens and scavenging the bodies for food. Some weirdo samurai hears about a corps-eating demon and goes to investigate, thinks Gintoki is cute and adopts him.
Said weirdo samurai creates a temple school which Gintoki attends, until the government decides he's a danger and captures the teacher, who's named Shouyou. Fast forward a bit and his students have joined the war against the aliens hoping to find and free him. Gintama is partly about three of them - Gintoki, Katsura, and Takasugi. Ultimately it ends with Shouyou being executed at Gintoki's hand to save Katsura and Takasugi, and Gintoki leaves his old friends after that, and Takasugi goes absolutely batshit insane. Katsura's kinda in-between.
Then there's a bunch of convoluted stuff surrounding Shouyou that we find out in later canon. BUT BASICALLY Gin's dreams tend to focus on the war and death and the lives he blames himself for not being able to save. His dreams also tend to be very Shouyou focused atm because of aforementioned recent canon.
